“Where do I begin? This was my first solo vacation, and while I felt a bit nervous, the entire experience turned out to be fantastic. Whitney assisted me in finding a hotel over the phone and provided excellent customer service upon my arrival. She ensured that I had someone to help me to and from my room each day since I was uncomfortable using the elevator alone. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained every day. The gym was stunning, and the pool offered a serene atmosphere. Kenny from the Urban Star was exceptionally polite and professional. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of high-quality food options. Each day, there were different selections, and the servers were very friendly. The Hyatt Regency truly exceeded my expectations! I won’t consider staying anywhere else when I travel to Houston. Thank you all for making my experience so wonderful!”
